Film Covers Utility:
  • Indoor: Dust and Moisture protection for short or long term.
  • Outdoor: Protection from all elements for short periods
  • Shipping: Especially open air flatbeds, Ultimate protection.

Shrink Pallet Covers:
Shrink film wraps tightly over the pallet load. Securing the load without the neeed for banding.
Covers, excellent protection for exposed shipping.

Lumber/Pallet Covers:
Standard film Cover or shrink film covers.
Printed Pallet Covers: 

Excellent means of company logo exposure.
Printing Format: 1C-1S/2S; 2C-1S/2S; 3C-1S.

Width calculations;
add 2" to 48"w=50" add 1 " to 48"I=49"
this adds 6" to the width=+1.5" to the sides.

Length Calculations;

Low Density (LDPE):               Standard strength film, very good moisture, oxygen and dust barrierLiner.  

Low Density (LLDPE):            Butene – Similar barrier properties to LDPE, increased elasticity

Hexene:                                          Similar barrier properties to LDPE, superior tensile strength

High Molecular Weight High Density (HMWHDPE):     Superior barrier properties and tensile strength

Anti Block -          For easy opening and loading

 Anti Static -        For all static dissipative film requirements

 Clarity -                 For improved visibility and optics

 Metallocene -    For superior high strength film and cold storage

 High Slip -           For reduced friction 

 Low/No Slip -    To increase friction between film

 Barefoot -           No anti block or slip additive to eliminate damage of polished surfaces

 UVI/UVA -           Ultraviolet Inhibitor/Absorber to protect against sun damage to film

 VCI -                      Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor to help film prevent rust

 Postal Approved - High Slip & Anti Static properties for USPS mailing

Film Colors(Swatches are approximate)
Tint                       Film that can easily be seen through, mainly for product identification purposes

Transluscent      Film that is much more rich in color, but still allows light to pass through
